What You Can Ask
The assistant can query and update supported catalog data with natural language. It can work with selected tracks or resolve criteria such as project, stage, tags, collaborator, and due date.
Examples include:
- “Move the selected tracks to Mixing.”
- “Show overdue tracks in the Album project.”
- “Add the Remix tag to these tracks.”
- “Create a mastering todo due Friday.”
- “Which tracks have no recent activity?”
For product how-to questions, the assistant uses the generated help index and calls lookup_help_docs to retrieve the selected article from the protected documentation API. Its answer must stay within the retrieved article and include the configured public documentation link; it must not invent instructions that the article does not contain.
Bulk or destructive actions may require confirmation. If the assistant cannot resolve a product issue from the available tools and documentation, it can offer a support escalation after you agree.
