Editing Track Details
Select a track group, then use its Activity Panel widgets to view and update supported details. The current interface is selection-aware: a single track can expose focused editing, while a multi-selection can expose a bulk variant or a limitation message.
Names and metadata
Section titled “Names and metadata”Display-name edits are saved against the selected track group. Empty names are rejected, and a failed save restores the prior visible name rather than leaving an uncertain value on screen.
Use the appropriate widget for the field you are changing:
- Overview for a summary and display-name work;
- Tags for tags;
- Musical Attributes for supported music metadata;
- Stage, Due Date, Collaborators, or Files for their respective track data.
This page intentionally does not describe the retired all-in-one “track detail modal” or promise Dropbox-only file paths.
