Dropbox for Teams

The Library’s Dropbox OAuth flow supports both personal and work accounts. Connecting Dropbox is optional: it enables the current remote provider for share links and folder shares, but it does not scan or import your local music library.

  1. In Settings → Connected Accounts, choose Connect Dropbox.
  2. Complete the Dropbox OAuth approval in the external browser.
  3. Return to The Library and review the account status.

The connection records account and root-path metadata for the authenticated Dropbox account. It does not promise a particular team-folder layout or create a second source of truth for bounces, stems, projects, or tracks.

Dropbox is the remote provider used for sharing features. If the stored token becomes expired, revoked, invalid, or cannot be decrypted, Settings marks the connection as needing reconnection. Choose Reconnect Dropbox to re-authorise it.

Disconnecting removes The Library’s stored Dropbox token for your account only. It does not delete files from Dropbox.
